Delivery Acceptance

Redelivery / Pickup Receipt & Acceptance Form

This form is required at the time you receive your stored items.

By completing it, you are confirming that:

✅ You have received your belongings from Deliverbees College

✅ You have reviewed item count and condition at the time of release

✅ You accept responsibility for your belongings from this point forward

✅ Any issues or claims will be submitted within the required time window

This form applies to:

  • Summer Storage redelivery
  • Semester Abroad / long-term storage returns
  • Ship & Store package pick up or delivery
  • Early or pre-move-in deliveries

What You Are Confirming When You Submit This Form

☑️ You have received the items listed in your inventory

☑️ All items appear in the same usable condition as when picked up, unless noted

☑️ You understand that any missing or damaged items must be reported within 72 hours

☑️ You understand that Deliverbees is no longer responsible for your items once released to you or your representative

Payment Acknowledgment

  • You understand that all invoices must be paid in full before items are released
  • If payment was pending at delivery, you agree to complete it immediately
  • Unpaid or partially paid accounts may incur late or storage continuation fees

Claims & Reporting Policy

  • You must submit a Claims Form within 72 hours if you discover missing or damaged items at https://www.deliverbeescollege.com/pages/claims-form
  • Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for compensation
  • Standard coverage for unusable/missing items is their replacement cost up to $100 per item

If Someone Else Is Receiving Items for You

If a roommate, parent, or other approved representative is accepting your items:

  • Their signature or form submission is treated the same as yours
  • They are responsible for verifying item count and condition at delivery
  • You accept their acknowledgment as final at the time of release
