By completing the form below, you are authorizing Deliverbees College to enter your designated space (dorm room, apartment, house, or other approved location) to collect, transport, inventory, and store your belongings for the duration of your storage service.

This authorization applies to both Summer Storage and Semester Abroad services.

What You Are Authorizing Us to Do

✅ Enter your room or unit at the scheduled appointment time (or with building staff/RA access if approved)

✅ Collect all items that you have labeled for storage under your name

✅ Transport your belongings to our secure, climate-controlled warehouse

✅ Create a digital inventory of each item collected

✅ Store your belongings until your scheduled redelivery or pick up date

✅ Communicate with the listed primary contact regarding any questions or issues

• You understand that any unpacked, unlabeled, or prohibited items may be refused
  

📦 Invoicing & Payment

• Your invoice will be generated after pick up, based on the actual number and type of items stored
  
• Pricing is calculated from the official inventory recorded by our team at pick up
  
• An invoice will be emailed to the account holder within 10–30 days of pick up
  
• Payment must be received before redelivery is scheduled
  
• Late or unpaid invoices may delay scheduling or increase fees
  
• No prorated or partial storage billing is available
  

Prohibited Items (Will NOT Be Taken)

🚫 Perishables or food

🚫 Liquids, aerosols, cleaning products

🚫 Candles, lighters, or flammable items

🚫 Cash, jewelry, heirlooms, high-value items

🚫 Extremely fragile or already-damaged items

🚫 Weapons, ammunition, or hazardous materials including lithium ion batteries

Liability & Coverage

• Deliverbees is not responsible for damage caused by improper packing or normal moving wear and tear
  
• Standard included coverage is up to $100 per item for missing or unusable items (see company policies for more details)
  
• Claims must be filed within 72 hours of redelivery through the Claims form on our website
