Ship & Store Schedule
- Dates on the calendar indicate campus drop location dates. Warehouse pickup days begin around August 3rd.
- Sign-up forms to select Pick-up dates and times will be sent to registered clients approximately one month prior to campus move-in dates.
- Detailed instructions, scheduling links, and important reminders will be emailed to clients as move-out and move-in dates approach.
- Please note that all dates and time windows are subject to adjustment based on university schedules and housing updates.
How does a deliverbees college Ship & Store plan work?
Deliverbees college Ship & Store is ideal for students moving into dorms or apartments from out of the area. Have your dorm essentials delivered ahead of time and pick them up from our warehouse or have them brought to you on or before move-in day. Pre-pack boxes and ship them from home, or order directly from your favorite online store and use our warehouse address for delivery. Each plan includes storage space for one student (no plan sharing).
What College & University students do you work with?
In 2026, Ship & Store campus drop delivery is available at Clemson, Furman & University of South Carolina (Columbia). Students attending other schools near Greenville, SC can also use our warehouse pick up service.
How early should I sign up prior to move-in?
Sign up soon as space fills up quickly. We have sold out each year so don't delay! If for some reason you need to cancel, the storage fee is refundable through June 1st, 2026 less a $100 administrative fee.
Do I need to know my student's move-in date before I book?
No! You can reserve your warehouse and delivery spots now and let us know when you have your move-in day assignments.
How soon before move in can I start having boxes shipped?
For fall move-ins, you can start having packages delivered to our warehouse after June 23rd, 2026. All packages must be delivered to our warehouse at least a week prior to your move-in. Have fun shopping!
How many packages can I have shipped to the warehouse?
Our average customer receives around 23 items shipped to our warehouse. Standard pricing includes designated storage space inside our warehouse to hold up to 30 deliveries (boxes or shipping bags under 100 lbs.) per account. Any packages received over 30 will be billed per item.
Can I pick the boxes up from the warehouse?
Yes! Sign up for one of our Standard Plans and you can schedule to pick up your items directly from our Greenville, SC warehouse.
Can you bring the boxes to me on or before move-in day?
Absolutely! For Clemson, Furman & the University of South Carolina students, you can schedule to have us bring your boxes to a convenient location near campus (within 3 miles of campus) on or before move-in day. We will help you load the boxes into your vehicle and you are ready for move-in.
Do you deliver our items to the dorm for us?
Because of strict campus parking and move-in regulations, we deliver Ship & Store items to a convenient pickup location near campus. This helps us keep deliveries running smoothly and on schedule during high-volume move-in days.
How do I know if my package has arrived at the warehouse?
When your package arrives, we scan in the box which will send you an automatic notification of it's arrival. This will allow you to compare tracking information from the carrier to what you have ordered.
Do you open the boxes so I know what has arrived?
We only open boxes if you select one of our "Plus" plans that includes consolidation of boxes into Ikea style bags after all your items have arrived.
How does a Plus plan with consolidation work?
A Plus Plan with consolidation makes move-in day even easier! We will open all standard boxes (with the exception of oversized or fragile items), provide you with an inventory list, and consolidate them into blue IKEA style bags (5 bags are included in the consolidation plan). Less to carry up all those stairs and fewer boxes to throw away. Note: we do not open and consolidate boxes shipped from home.
Are there any items I shouldn't ship?
We strongly suggest you do not mail anything fragile like televisions or mirrors, as they are often damaged in transit, which we are not responsible for. We gladly accept packages under 100 pounds (any packages over 100 lbs. will be refused). Any package over 65 pounds will incur an additional $30 handling fee. Only one of each oversized items such as a futon, ottoman, headboard, large rug and mirror will be accepted per student. There is no account sharing between roommates or other students.
Can I share an account with my roommate?
Each student must have their own deliverbees college service plan, and sharing a plan between roommates or other students is not allowed. Only one of each oversized item such as a futon, headboard, mirror, refrigerator, ottoman, etc. will be accepted per student. We send information and invoices to one email address, and since student plans can change over the summer, everything must be kept separate. We also require acceptance of our terms and conditions by each client to use our services.

Are there any other fees?
- Item Overage past 27: $10–$15 per extra item for Standard Plans; $20–$25 each for Premium Plans.
- Extra Consolidation Bags: $7.50 each. Includes the bag and labor to consolidate items.
- Rescheduling Fee: $100 if rescheduled within 72 hours or after a failed attempt.
- Failed Delivery Rescheduling: $150 after a failed delivery or schedule change within 24 hours of scheduled delivery.
- Heavy Item Fee: $30 per box/item over 65 lbs. (no items over 100 lbs. will be accepted).
- Discard Fee: $25 per item to dispose.
- Returned Item Fee: $25 to return an item. Client must coordinate with the carrier and send deliverbees the necessary label via email at team@thedeliverbees.com.
- Late Package Fee: $25 for packages received after the posted cut-off date.
- Delivery or Pick up outside of our calendar dates - please call for more details.
What if I need to cancel my Ship & Store reservation?
Ship & Store reservations may be canceled for a refund through June 1st. A $100 administrative fee is non-refundable.
After June 1st, Ship & Store reservations become non-refundable. At that point, we begin reserving warehouse space, staffing, equipment, and delivery capacity based on the number of students enrolled in the program.
