For Summer Storage, the $100 Storage Hold is fully refundable through February 28 of the calendar year for which you are reserving storage. Beginning March 1, the Storage Hold becomes non-refundable and will be applied toward your final Summer Storage balance. If services are canceled after March 1, the Storage Hold will not be refunded, regardless of whether storage services are ultimately used.
For Ship & Store, the storage fee is refundable through June 1 of the calendar year you signed up, less a $100 administrative fee. Beginning June 2, storage fees become non-refundable, regardless of whether services are ultimately used.
